FOUNDATIONS

3 Private Foundation One Hour Sessions PLUS unlimited CrossFit for the remainder of the month.

Foundation Courses are by appointment only. After completion, you may attend any CrossFit class for the remainder of month participating as an unlimited access athlete.

Membership Options Range from $100 to $225 per month depending on the time of day, frequency of use, and contract length.

1 Month Unlimited CrossFit- $200 per month^
1 Month Unlimited Dutch Kills Fitness (CrossFit and Strongman) - $250 per month^
2 Classes per Week CrossFit - $150 per month
AM Only CrossFit (plus weekend) - $150 per month
Noon Only CrossFit - $100 per month
1 Week Pass - $70 per week
1 Class Drop In - $25 per visit
10 Class Pass - $200 with 2 Month Expiration
